Return & Refund Policy

Return window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at ojasyaayurveda1@gmail.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
• Products without original packaging or seal.
• Items purchased during clearance / final sale.

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
